- Your name and email address if you fill out a sign-up form so we can respond to your message about the course.
- Your name, email address and your first language if you fill out an English placement test. This is so we can send you your results via email. This information is kept for 12 months in case you want to sign up for an English Courses Online course in the future. Your placement test results will be used to verify your English level to place you in the correct class.
- Your name and email address if you sign up for information about future courses and news from English Courses Online. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any emails.
- If you pay for a service offered on this website, your information will be shared and processed by the payment company you select (Stripe for card payments and Paypal for other payments).
- If you pay for and join a course, you will be sharing information with Google Classroom, the platform currently used by English Courses Online for teaching. You can read more about Google Classroom’s privacy policy here: https://support.google.com/edu/classroom/answer/
- Classes are held via Zoom. You can read more about Zoom’s privacy policy here: https://explore.zoom.us/en/privacy/
